The commercial and investment division was established in 2003 to be headed by Louise Giuliano who, in 2010, obtained the CCIM Institute designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), the most presigious designation in commercial real estate. Our agents are 100% locally based and we believe passionately in the people, businesses and economy of the Capital District. At the same time, our client base is multi-national and our marketing strategies are international.

We have agents who speak a multitude of foreign languages and who have done business throughout North America, Asia, and Europe.
